These are the pieces that make everything else possible.
The foundational elements in our inventory are designed to support the structure, flow, and functionality of an event from the ground up. From tables and service-ware to behind-the-scenes essentials, each piece plays a role in ensuring the event operates as seamlessly as it looks.
While often less visible than the design-forward elements, these pieces are no less considered. They are selected for consistency, durability, and performance and able to withstand the demands of installation, service, and turnover without disrupting the experience.
An event is not defined by what is seen alone, but by how it moves, how it functions, and how it holds together in real time. These are the elements that allow that to happen quietly, reliably, and without distraction.
Designed to work in tandem with our furniture, tabletop, décor, and linen collections, this inventory forms the backbone of a well-executed event by supporting the details that are noticed, and ensuring everything else is not.
Dishes and Flatware are available for rental in multiples of 10 units. Glassware is recommended to be rented by the rack quantities. Please plan your order in these increments to guarantee timely fulfillment and seamless service.>
Rentals are priced per event and follow our standard rental terms. Because every event timeline is unique, the rental period is tailored to your specific dates and needs. Events extending beyond seven days or spanning multiple unavailable weekends may be considered extended rentals and are subject to availability and additional fees. Your contract will clearly outline the agreed-upon rental period and any applicable extended-use charges, so there are no surprises.
Standard delivery and pickup are included in most quotes unless otherwise noted. Delivery fees are based on location and standard service parameters. If your event requires delivery outside our typical service area, time-specific windows, after-hours service, or special handling, our team is happy to review options and pricing with you.
Select items include professional setup and teardown as part of the rental, while others may offer these services as an added option. Certain specialty pieces require installation by our team to ensure proper handling and presentation.
Our team is available to support as much or as little of the setup process as needed, and services can be tailored and added to your contract accordingly.
When setup services are not included, clients are responsible for ensuring items are handled with care and used as intended.
All items are provided in event-ready condition and are expected to be handled with care throughout the duration of use. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all rentals are used as intended and protected from damage, excessive wear, and environmental exposure (including weather, moisture, and extreme temperatures).
Clients assume responsibility for all rented items from the time of delivery or pickup through return. Items are expected to be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Any items that are damaged, lost, or returned in a condition that renders them unusable may be subject to repair or replacement charges, based on the extent of the damage.
To provide added peace of mind, an optional Equipment Protection Plan is available for most rentals. This plan offers coverage for accidental damage incurred during normal event use. It does not cover loss, theft, or damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
Clients who decline the Equipment Protection Plan retain full financial responsibility for any damage or loss as outlined above.
Full details on coverage can be found in the Damage Waiver section of your contract.
