Think of this as your go-to guide: quick answers, straightforward info, and a little peace of mind so you can get back to the fun part: dreaming up your event.

PLACING an ORDER

Every event starts with an idea, and getting your rentals should feel just as inspiring as the celebration itself. Our process is simple, step-by-step, and designed to take you from dreaming to reserved without the stress. Here’s how it works:
01

Get Inspired

Start with vision. Browse our Galleries, flip through our Lookbooks, or dive into The Edit for curated design concepts. These tools are here to spark ideas and help you see what’s possible.
02

Browse Rental Collection

Explore our rental categories from tableware to furniture to statement pieces. Each product page includes details to help you decide what works best for your event.
03

Create a Wishlist

As you browse, add products you love to your wishlist. This is your personal cart of inspiration and the starting point for your custom quote.
04

Receive a Quote

Once your wishlist is submitted, one of our Account Executives will review it and build a tailored quote based on your selections, event details, and logistics.
05

Make an Appointment

Want to see things in person? Schedule a showroom appointment. It’s the perfect chance to review your quote side-by-side with the actual products before locking in your order.
06

Confirm Your Order

Ready to reserve? Your order becomes official with a signed agreement and 50% deposit. From there, we’ll hold your items, add them to our system, and start preparing for your event.

Even the most seamless events need a little structure behind the scenes. These are the top questions we get asked about deposits, payments, and policies. The "need-to-know" details that keep everything running smoothly.

01

How Do I Reserve My Rentals?

Your order is confirmed with a signed agreement and a 50% deposit. Until then, items are only listed as a proposal and aren’t officially held.
04

What Is The Equipment Protection Plan?

Our optional damage waiver covers accidental wear and tear (like small stains or chips) when items are used with care. It does not cover theft, negligence, or missing items. Ask your Account Executive if it’s right for you.
02

When Is Final Payment Due?

Final balances are due 14 days before your event. Orders placed within 14 days require full payment at booking.
05

Do You Charge After-hour Fees?

Yes. Deliveries or pickups outside of standard business hours (early mornings, late nights, weekends, or holidays) may include additional fees to ensure proper staffing.
03

What’s Your Cancellation Policy?

Deposits are refundable up until 30 days prior to your delivery date. Once you are within that 30-day window, deposits become non-refundable. This policy ensures that our team and inventory remain available for you while also giving us the ability to serve all clients with clarity and fairness.
06

Do You Offer Discounts / Donations?

Repeat industry partners who meet annual minimums may qualify for our Insider Pass trade program. We also review donation or sponsorship requests through our Marketing Requests page.
