This is where the guest experience becomes tangible.
Tabletop pieces are the closest point of interaction, where form meets function in the most immediate way. From dinnerware, glassware and flatware, these elements are not only used, but handled, noticed, and remembered.
Each item is selected to balance performance with presentation, ensuring it holds up through service while contributing to the overall look and feel of the table. The weight of a fork, the clarity of a glass, the finish of a plate, these details work together to create a setting that feels intentional from the first course to the last.
While subtle in scale, tabletop has a defining presence. It reinforces the tone of an event, complements the broader design, and adds a level of refinement that guests experience directly.
Designed to integrate seamlessly with our linen and furniture collections, these pieces complete the table in a way that feels cohesive, considered, and fully realized.
Dishes and Flatware are available for rental in multiples of 10 units. Glassware is recommended to be rented by the rack quantities. Please plan your order in these increments to guarantee timely fulfillment and seamless service.>
Rentals are priced per event and follow our standard rental terms. Because every event timeline is unique, the rental period is tailored to your specific dates and needs. Events extending beyond seven days or spanning multiple unavailable weekends may be considered extended rentals and are subject to availability and additional fees. Your contract will clearly outline the agreed-upon rental period and any applicable extended-use charges, so there are no surprises.
Standard delivery and pickup are included in most quotes unless otherwise noted. Delivery fees are based on location and standard service parameters. If your event requires delivery outside our typical service area, time-specific windows, after-hours service, or special handling, our team is happy to review options and pricing with you.
Select items include professional setup and teardown as part of the rental, while others may offer these services as an added option. Certain specialty pieces require installation by our team to ensure proper handling and presentation.
Our team is available to support as much or as little of the setup process as needed, and services can be tailored and added to your contract accordingly.
When setup services are not included, clients are responsible for ensuring items are handled with care and used as intended.
All items are provided in event-ready condition and are expected to be handled with care throughout the duration of use. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all rentals are used as intended and protected from damage, excessive wear, and environmental exposure (including weather, moisture, and extreme temperatures).
Clients assume responsibility for all rented items from the time of delivery or pickup through return. Items are expected to be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Any items that are damaged, lost, or returned in a condition that renders them unusable may be subject to repair or replacement charges, based on the extent of the damage.
To provide added peace of mind, an optional Equipment Protection Plan is available for most rentals. This plan offers coverage for accidental damage incurred during normal event use. It does not cover loss, theft, or damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
Clients who decline the Equipment Protection Plan retain full financial responsibility for any damage or loss as outlined above.
Full details on coverage can be found in the Damage Waiver section of your contract.
